How We Work

How we work: 

  • “By the Hour” services -  A very cost effective way to get all the expertise you need only when you need it. Bring us aboard for a brainstorming session,  planning meeting or spokesperson training session. This is also the easiest and most flexible solution for small projects such as writing and editing. We do not recommended our By the Hour plan for long-term campaigns as it won’t deliver the sustained activity necessary for the best results.
  • Fixed-Fee Retainer”This is the most cost-effective plan for sustained campaigns. We will agree with you in advance the activities we will undertake on your behalf. The cost of the program is then split across 3, 6 or 12 months and billed monthly. The fixed-fee retainer allows us to work pro-actively and to respond quickly to press opportunities as they arise. 
  • Project” – We work with you to develop a comprehensive PR plan and then execute the project from A to Z. Projects vary in price depending on the scale and scope.  Out-of-pocket and third party vendor expenses such as media monitoring, photography, recipe development, location rentals, catering, materials, spokesperson fees, travel and administrative expenses, etc. are additional, and subject to your prior approval. With each project, we build customized solutions for your brand.
  • “PR 101″ Start-up Package for Small Business Owners – This is a flat fee package for small business owners where you get a professional consultation session with a PR pro to discuss communications strategies for your brand. The session helps the small business owner focus on what they are trying to say to customers and provides useful advice on how to communicate to your target audience. For an additional fee, we’ll write your first press release and distribute to targeted media outlets.
